Do Wisdom Teeth make you Wise?

I sure hope not, because I went through quite a bit to get those babies out!

BEFORE: Notice my look of worry and terror!
AFTER: Notice....well the picture says it all. Hahahah!

This picture makes me laugh so hard!! Thank you caring, loving husband for taking a picture of me in my time of pain and need. I have no recollection of taking this picture by the way...

Shortly after this picture was taken we arrived home. As I stood in the bathroom admiring my lovely self (refer to picture above once again) in the mirrow, I experienced my first encounter with passing out followed by convulsions. Chris, the studly stud he is, carried me into the bedroom and laid me down on the bed after I had come to. He was worried and so he called off work so he could stay with me. I slept the whole afternoon, woke only to try and force chocolate milk down my throat so I could take my medications. I could not, for the life of me, swallow anything! After a few tries of forcing it down and it coming back out my nose, I ended up passing out again and once again going into convulsions. This time when I came out of it I was scared. I was in a cold sweat and it was a very scary experience that I would rather not have again. Chris called the urgent care and they advised him to bring me in. I was extremely weak and light headed. After arriving they took my blood pressure and found that it was pretty low. They figured I had lost a lot of blood in the surgery and because I wasn't able to swallow anything, I was really dehydrated and my blood volume was suffering from it. They hooked me up to an I.V. and dripped some fluids into my system. I felt much better after that and have been fine ever since! It feels great to be able to move my mouth again and bite properly after having those big teeth taken out.
