At 20 Weeks We are so Happy!

It is so exciting and fun to be pregnant. I can feel our baby move around now and although it kind of makes me sick (not sick just, I don't really like the feeling...it reminds me of my belly button being touched and if any of you know me well, you would know that I absolutely DESPISE my belly button being touched), I love it! It is amazing to me to think that my body is providing for this infant and that is such an honor and a privilege and also very humbling. It truly is a miracle and Chris and I are so happy to be a part of one! I look forward to when Chris can feel her move also because he can't yet and he wants to so bad.


I have had a rather mild pregnancy I would say so far. I have not been sick, just really tired. I have not had any strange cravings. At the beginning there were a few things that I DIDN'T want to eat and few things sounded good. For some reason for one week I really really liked the Junior Hamburger from Wendy's??? That was strange I guess. I actually continued playing on my soccer team up until a couple of weeks ago. I played for about five minutes and felt like my hips were going to just fall apart at the middle. So I have had some pain in my bones as this little girl just squeezes her way into my life!
