Odds and Ends

I know some of these posts are random, but they are still things that I would like to look back on and remember and so I will put them here for our family yearbook. I have been working on getting caught up on those. I now have 2008, 2009, and 2010 almost finished! They are so fun to look at and it motivates me to keep this blog up to date.

Any way, Mom (Grandma) bought Lydia and I tickets to go to a little dance recital with her. Mom has been helping out with a family in our ward. She gets them ready for school in the mornings because their mom leaves for work early. Well the little girl is in ballet and it was her recital. There were actually several little girls from our ward performing there. Sister Lamb (who's in our ward) is the owner of that studio. I got Lydia dressed in her best twirling dress and she was so excited to go see the ballet dancers. It was really a lot of fun. Lydia loved it! She wanted so badly to give the dancers all hugs at the end of the show. We exited to see if we could find any of them, and Lydia was so disappointed because she couldn't give any of them hugs. We ended up finding two girls who gave her a hug and made her feel so special (I actually think Lydia made them feel even more special!). It was very cute though.

My mornings look bright when they are full of these two! Chris surprised me one day with these flowers when he came home from work!

Just some cute pictures of my little son for enjoyment!
