Some Things that Lydia Says....

I have just been wanting to write down some of the things that I love that Lydia says. Little things that I postpone correcting her on just because it makes me smile every time I hear her say it. I want to remember these little things that come out of her two year old mouth.

Amilars (Animals)
You make me happy when skies are great (grey)
You tell me a secret? (When she can't remember the answer to a question we might be asking her and wants you to tell her)
smishmillow (marshmallow)
Mary and Joph-es (Mary and Joseph)
I want a big big big (when she wants lots of something)
Furnt Fries (french fries)
"Please bless with the food..." (please bless the food, when saying the prayer.)

ME (or anyone actually...): "What do you want for Christmas Lydia?"
LYDIA: "ummm. Gum and treats." (she will seldomly say a pink stroller for her baby, but these are the few things that are a complete regular when asked what she wants for Christmas.)

Unknown Person to Lydia: "Hi."
Lydia: "I'm two." (with two fingers held up.)

Unknown person to Lydia: "What's your name?"
Lydia: "I'm Lydia." (I just love how she says her name so perfectly and clearly so people can understand and I love how she always says, "I'm Lydia", not just Lydia.)

You're so welcome. (she will say this just when she feels happy about something that either she had done for someone or someone had done for her, even when people don't tell her thank you.)
