Enjoy the pictures above as I try to explain them some what. Fiesta Days is always a lot of fun here in Spanish Fork. There are booths, carnivals, activities, Road Races, parades, rodeos and music and dancing. We were able to go to the carnival for the dollar family night with some of our friends (Chris had to miss out for work). It was a lot of fun though. I, personally, hate carnivals...almost everything about them, but it sure was fun to watch Lydia ride on some of the rides and utterly enjoy herself. The carousel was hoot! I don't know where she learned it, but this girl is a pageant queen already! She sat there and waved with a permanent smile on her face the entire ride on the carousel! It was hilarious. The boat ride was fun because Shaylie and Lydia got to ride together. They are just the cutest little things! I did have quite the scare when a few seconds into the ride, Lydia looks at me with this face (see picture above) like I have a problem, and she says, "I have to go potty!" For the rest of the ride almost that was all that came out of her mouth! Poor thing, I was so scared she was going to pee her pants on that ride, but she made it and we rushed over to the port-a-potties.
The rodeo was a lot of fun. Chris, again, had to miss out, but we missed him! We ended up going on the only night that it decided to RAIN!! Lydia was a champ and didn't fuss at all about the rain or cold. She did start saying toward the end that, "it was time to go home." That made me feel bad and so we went home, showered and she went right to sleep. She had fun watching the horses though.
