Pho-Pho Pho-tographyClass

I had a fun opportunity to go to a photography workshop a couple of weeks ago. I felt it was worth me getting to know my new friend....my camera. Chris got me my dream camera a little early. He was not supposed to get it for me until I graduated, but he was too excited and found a great deal and it was my birthday. I love it to say the least and I've learned to not go hardly any where without it because if I don't have it I am wishing that I did.
Here are some photos that I have experimented with.

This picture is dedicated to my mother. This statue will forever remind me of my mother. She used to have a marble wall hanging of this image and I remember that as little girl, I used to think it was my mom with my brother and sisters and I.

LOVE the pics Brindy! Wish we could use your talents more taking our school and family pictures! You do have an eye and have always taken the time to capture the beauty! I had forgotten about Mom's wall hanging with the kids until you had that picture! I do remember that too!
