Life's Little Laughs
Funny Story: Chris and I, in an effort to save money and be more eco-friendly (haha) have been taking the bus to and from school. It has been working really well for us both. There is one difficulty that I have encountered. The bus lets us off at the Wilkinson Center, my class is at the Smith Field House. If any one is familiar with BYU Campus they will know that these two buildings are just about as far away as two buildings can be....(ok, not THAT far, but definitely further than a lot of other buildings on campus) Any way, the bus gets to the Wilkinson Center at about 11:55 a.m. give or take a few minutes every day. My class (in the Smith Field House) begins at 12:00 p.m. SHARP! My teacher is very much a punctual man, which is a great thing, just not when I have to travel so far in so little time. I thought I had figured out a solution to this problem! I started bringing my bike all the way on the bus just so that I could ride it the mile across campus to get to my class on time (bike is faster than walking, if that was confusing). This plan was working rather well, that is, until today. Today I got stopped by the "Bike Police"! I know! I didn't really know they existed either! The funny thing is the whole time I'm riding my bike across campus, I'm thinking in my head, "These people probably HATE me!" "I really feel stupid riding my bike through these people!" But I just knew that I didn't really have another option so I kept riding. Well apparently I was breaking the rules! Darn. Seeing the bright side, I won't have to worry about forgetting my bike on the way home...since that's happened twice already...

So what are you going to school for? Are you almost done?
You're a great example to me!! Not the other way around. : ) Look at you- riding the bus, working, going to school, plus being a wife & mother. Geez you're one busy lady!
Ha ha that's funny. I never thought there would be bike police.
