Life's Little Laughs

Just a few short stories:

Lydia and Prayer:
We have prayer with Lydia every night and most nights Chris and I end up giggling because of our little girl. One night she was sitting so well and not making any noises until all of a sudden "POOF", she sure let one. She just grinned up at us. As we were struggling to finish the prayer, "BURP"! She let one from the other end! She just grinned up at us as we fought to get the last words out through our laughter.

Wrap it up:
Lydia showered with me the other day. I wrapped her up in her towel and set her down on the ground so that I could dry off myself. Silly me, didn't even think about her being bound until almost in slow motion I see her trying to take off, with no arms to catch herself, and splat! She just fell forward on her face. Poor girl. I felt awful!

Shop Swap
I recently purchased some little baby boots for Lydia. They are very cute, but unfortunately I have not been pleased with them because they will not stay on her feet. I found another pair that I thought looked better today so I bought them with the intentions of taking the first pair back to the store. I did not have my receipt, but I did have the pair of boots with me that I wanted to return to the store. I was in the area where Shopko was and decided to just run in and see if they would let me return them without a receipt. As I was half way through my conversation with the man at customer service I realized that I did not purchase them at Shopko, it was KMart. I just told him I would go home and try and find my receipt and left. Woops! I felt pretty silly.
