College Run 090508

We were so happy to see Brindy's sisters, Becky and Rachel just a little while ago. They came out here to Utah on their way to BYU Idaho and stayed with us a for a little bit. We had so much fun cramming them on our living room floor..sorry guys we didn't have a better guest room. We took them shopping, which Chris HATED!, they got to go horse back riding and fourwheeling with Justin and Jenny, and we took Becky on a hike up Spanish Fork Canyon to the Hot Springs up there. It was a really fun week.

Then we got to take a trip with them up to Idaho! It was great. I love road trips...probably because I'm usually not the one driving.... :) Thanks to Chris, we made it safe and sound! We spent a day with them, getting them settled in and shopping more...which Chris HATED even MORE! :) They both have cute little apartments/dorms and I am so excited for them. They are lucky to have each other, what fun they will have! So we left them to their trusty roommates and headed for Marcella and Brian's house. We hadn't seen their new home until this visit. It was really fun to see them, as always, and to see their adorable new little home. We visited Shoshone Falls with them and had a birthday picnic for Natalie, who is just a doll! We got to see some bridge jumpers, that was pretty cool, and the new Twin Falls Temple. The only part that we didn't really like was about a three-five mile stretch right outside of Twin that must have a permanent SWARM of BUGS! We started hearing drops on our windshield and thought that it might be raining, especially as the drops got heavier and more frequent, but NO, it wasn't rain! IT WAS BUGS! We were driving through a literal cloud of bugs for about five miles! You should have seen our jeep after we came out of that! EWWW!
